Are your Items brand New?

All items we carry are brand new and straight from the brands/trusted vendors abroad.

How long does it take to process my order?

It takes one business day to verify and process an order. If you are in Lagos, your order will can be shipped and delivered to you within same period depending on your exact location.

How long does it take for my order to ship and be delivered?

Upon the completion of the order processing, your order is shipped out within 1 business day and is delivered to your doorstep within 1-5 business days depending on your exact location. 

Can I get an exact time my order will be delivered?

Unfortunately, we are unable to give an exact time due to human factor but our orders are delivered to central areas within 10am to 5pm.

What happens if I'm not available to receive my order?

We ask that you provide an alternative contact person or give clear instruction on how to deliver your order. Our dispatch riders are highly trained and due to the volume of orders we receive daily, they may not be able to make the same delivery multiple times. We notify you via email on the day of your delivery, if you miss a delivery you will be required to pay a new delivery fee to have your order delivered.

How do I check the status of or track an order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order from the convenience of your mobile device or computer.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, our pick up option is currently on hold. We have a very efficient delivery system.

Are there places you do not ship to?

We deliver doorstep to every state within Nigeria and all over the word apart form markets and high risks areas

I don't like what I got, can I return it?

Our most important goal is to provide you with an amazing service and products, and we sincerely apologize if you have received an item with a defect. Should you receive a defective item, please do reach out to us so we can take care of this as quickly as possible.

I got an item on Sale, can i return it?

Unfortunately all items on sale do not qualify for a return or exchange. We ask that you ask questions for clarity before going ahead with an order

I have questions, how do I contact you?

We have a few communication channels. You can reach us through our whatsapp number, email address, or on any of our social media platforms. We are here to receive your communication.

I placed the wrong order, can I change it?

If you have accidentally placed an order for the wrong item, we can have it changed before the order ships. Please contact us through any of our channels with the order confirmation number and we will do our best to accommodate the change request and modify the details as long as the order is yet to ship. 

Do you issue refunds? 

We issue store credit for the same value of item being retured and deduct the shipping/pick-up fee where applicable

Tell me about your Gift Cards 

  • They are e-certificates and can only be sent via email 
  • They have a validity period of 12 months from the issuance date

Where is your store located? 

We do not have a physical store, however, we will provide a return address to for any item being returned to us. 

Is my payment information safe on your site? 

Payments are processed by Paystack, and all your information is encrypted via our SSL security. We do not store any of your card information. After your session on our website, you will be directed to Paystack's portal where you will be completing the transaction. When you are done, all your card information entered will be deleted from our system. Still in doubt? use the direct payment option; this will allow you make a transfer into the account number that will be displayed on your screen once you select the option.
