Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note that all DISCOUNTED items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

 

 

Returns

We have a 5-day return period; this allows you to return an item within 5 days of receipt.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Kindly note that certain items are not returnable to the store; Sneakers and any other form of white shoes, Perfumes, accessories, and items in our lifestyle section.

Cash refunds are not available. In cases where an exchange cannot be made immediately due to limited choices, store credit in the form of a gift voucher for the same value will be issued to the customer and they can be used for a future purchase.

To process a return, you are required to send a picture or video of your purchase indicating item(s) is/are in the same condition as delivered to our Instagram page Shoepify OR customersupport@shoepifystore.com 

 

Once your email is received and the return accepted, we will send a forwarding address to which you can ship the item and pick up the replacement item(s) simultaneously

Kindly allow 24-48 working hours to process 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note: Customers are liable for the cost of shipping. For exchanges to areas outside of our Central Delivery Areas, customers are responsible for making sure the item(s) get to us (a forwarding address will be provided upon request) and exchange can be done simultaneously.

 

Exchanges

We aim to meet every customer’s need because we understand giving value for money. However, we replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message on our Instagram page Shoepify, or an email at customersupport@shoepifystore.com

In cases where the correct item ordered has been shipped and there’s a need for a return, the customer is liable for the shipping cost.

It is important to note that an exchange can only be made once for a particular order; once we have done an exchange on one order, the order will be deemed satisfactory and closed. The same order cannot be exchanged more than once and no longer qualifies for a refund.

Stockpiling

We allow you to purchase items and leave with us for 30 days from the initial purchase date until you are ready for delivery. This enables you to add up to 5 items to your cart if you are in Lagos and 3 if you are outside of Lagos. Kindly leave a note instructing us to hold on to delivery.

 

A reminder will be sent once the time elapses and if you wish to request delivery before the 30 days, please send an email to orders@shoepifystore.com with your order number(s) and we will process your request.
