How long does it take to process my order?

Since every transaction on our website are made via online payment using a debit card, it usually takes 1-2 business days to verify and process an order. This is to protect your account from unauthorized transactions.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Upon the completion of the order processing, your order is shipped out within 1 business day and is delivered to your doorstep within 1-5 business days depending on your exact location. 

 

How do I check the status of or track an order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order from the convenience of your mobile device or computer.

Can I pick up my order?

I don't like what I got, can I return it?

Our most important goal is to provide you with an amazing service and products, and we sincerely apologize if you have received an item with a defect. Should you receive a defective item, please do reach out to us so we can take care of this as quickly as possible.

I placed the wrong order, can I change it?

If you have accidentally placed an order for the wrong item, we can change it for you within 24 hours. Please contact us through any of our channels with the order confirmation number and we will do our best to accommodate the change request and modify the details as long as the order is yet to ship. 

Do you issue refunds? 

We will issue refunds in cases where we are unable to meet your expectation of service after we have tried to correct the original problem. 

How long does it take for my refund to be credited?

You should receive your refund within 1-3 business days. If after 3 business days you have not received your refund, please do contact us immediately and we will look into the delay for resolution. 

Where is your store located? 

We do not have a physical store, however, we will provide a return address to return any item that has been damaged in the process of being dispatched to you. 

Is my payment information safe on your site? 

Payments are processed by Paystack, and all your information is encrypted via our SSL security. We do not store any of your card information. After your session on our website, you will be directed to Paystack's portal where you will be completing the transaction. When you are done, all your card information entered will be deleted from our system.
