Our policy lasts 3 business days. If 3 business days have gone by since you’ve received your items, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require you send us an email with the receipt or proof of purchase at [email protected], and we will advise further with the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Our aim is to meet every customer’s need because we understand giving value for money. However, we replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
In cases where the correct item ordered has been shipped and there’s a need for a return, the customer is liable for the cost of shipping.
